How we publish
Useful flower answers, grounded in marketplace truth.
Flowers Delivery Canada separates general guidance from live commerce facts. Care and buying articles can explain; only verified seller, inventory, order and fulfilment records can promise.
Every page must answer a real reader question, identify uncertainty, show information that is also visible to people, and avoid inventing local availability, seller credentials, prices, reviews or delivery promises.
Who
Published by Flor Tel Inc.
FlowersDeliveryCanada.ca is owned and operated by Flor Tel Inc. The marketplace is being developed from hands-on flower-shop operating experience in Langley, British Columbia, beginning with Nero’s Langley Flower Shop as the reference pilot seller.
General articles are published by the Flowers Delivery Canada editorial team. They are not a substitute for a seller’s product instructions, professional floral mechanics, veterinary advice or medical advice.
Evidence
Research starts with the question
We write for a specific care, selection, delivery or seasonal decision. Sources are chosen for that question, with primary public authorities preferred for safety claims. For example, pet-toxicity guidance links directly to the responsible animal-health source.
We distinguish broad planning guidance from facts that vary by cultivar, climate, mechanics, seller practice, product and recipient. Where a product care card or confirmed order term is more specific, it takes priority.
Commerce truth
Live claims come from verified records
City and collection pages remain outside search indexes until they have approved supply and useful local value. A page cannot become indexable merely because people search for its keyword.
Price, stock, seller identity, ordering mode, preparation time, pickup, delivery eligibility and substitution terms must come from the marketplace system. Sample arrangements are labelled as samples and never presented as available inventory.
Assistance
Flor can help draft, but cannot create facts
Flor and other AI tools may help organize research, draft a useful structure, suggest plain-language explanations and connect related topics. A human-controlled publication process remains responsible for the final page and its claims.
AI output cannot approve a seller, publish a product without seller confirmation, create a testimonial, expose private conversations or turn order information into SEO content.
Maintenance
Dates, updates and corrections stay visible
Guides display their publication or review date. Pages are reviewed when primary guidance changes, marketplace evidence changes, user questions reveal ambiguity, or monitoring identifies a factual or technical problem.
Material corrections should update the visible answer and the structured data together. Weak, duplicative or unsupported pages are improved, consolidated or kept out of search rather than left online to inflate page count.
