Privacy notice
This page describes the intended privacy boundaries of the marketplace foundation. A Canadian privacy professional must approve the final production notice before live customer data is accepted.
Accountability
FlowersDeliveryCanada.ca is operated by Flor Tel Inc. The production privacy notice will identify a privacy contact and the processes for access, correction, questions and complaints.
Information the marketplace may need
Depending on the service used, information may include purchaser contact details, recipient name and address, recipient phone number, gift message, desired date, order and payment references, seller business information, delivery events and Flor conversations.
Purposes and minimization
Information should be collected only to operate the requested marketplace service, prevent abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve the service under an approved consent basis. A seller receives only information necessary to fulfil its order.
AI and private conversations
Flor is an AI assistant. Production disclosures must explain the applicable providers, retention and human review. Private messages, recipient details, gift messages and order content must never be published as SEO or marketing content.
Service providers and location
The service may use infrastructure, payment, delivery, communications and AI providers. Final disclosures must describe cross-border processing, contractual safeguards and the production data inventory.
Retention, safeguards and rights
Retention periods, deletion jobs, incident response, access controls and request procedures must be verified before launch. Payment card details should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by the marketplace.
Marketing
Commercial electronic messages require an appropriate consent or other lawful basis, sender identification and a working unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional messages must remain purpose-limited.
