Seller terms and fees
Understand the published commercial terms before applying. This page explains the current programme; a seller-specific agreement must be supplied and accepted before marketplace selling is activated.
Commission and processing charges
The introductory marketplace commission is 0% for the first 30 days after an approved storefront becomes active. After that period, the standard commission is 15% of qualifying completed merchandise sales. Sales tax, courier pass-through charges, gratuities and refunded merchandise are excluded from the default commission base.
A $100 merchandise sale after the introductory period has a $15 marketplace commission. The remaining $85 is before applicable processing charges, refunds and other agreed adjustments. Processing charges may also apply during the introductory period. Your payout statement shows the actual calculation.
Approval and accurate listings
Flor Tel reviews the business, operating location, fulfilment capability and payout readiness before activation. Sellers must confirm the factual product information, real product photos, price, stock, preparation time and substitution options they submit. A private workspace or application does not mean approval.
Payouts
Complete Stripe’s identity and bank verification before accepting marketplace orders. Transfers and payouts must be enabled. Your connected account shows its payout schedule and any verification requirements or holds; this page does not promise a fixed arrival time or immediate access to funds.
Orders, cancellations and disputes
Sellers are responsible for accurate availability and fulfilling accepted orders. The applicable offer must explain substitution, cancellation and refund conditions before payment. If a problem occurs, preserve the order details and contact Flor Tel support. Refunds and disputes can result in transfer reversals and payout adjustments; the signed agreement must explain allocation of charges and losses.
Photos, customer information and other agreement terms
Only submit photos and content you have the right to use. The seller agreement must set out the licence needed to display that content, permitted use of customer data, any exclusivity conditions, termination and outstanding-order responsibilities. This overview does not assign ownership of your photos or agree to undisclosed exclusivity.
Customer details are provided only as needed to fulfil and support the relevant transaction. Read the privacy notice and marketplace terms.
