Marketplace terms
This outline is not a production contract. Canadian counsel must approve customer terms, seller terms and policies before orders or seller activation begin.
Marketplace role
FlowersDeliveryCanada.ca is intended to connect customers with approved independent sellers. The final terms must state which party is the seller of record, the marketplace’s agency role, responsibility for products, and applicable consumer rights.
Orders and availability
An order or bouquet request is subject to inventory, seller acceptance where applicable, delivery or pickup eligibility, fraud controls and payment status. No blanket same-day promise is made.
One seller per checkout
The first release permits items from one seller location in each checkout. Customers use separate checkouts for different sellers.
Substitutions
The selected seller policy applies. The customer must see and accept the applicable policy before purchase. Material changes outside that policy require customer approval or another documented remedy.
Pricing, taxes, fees and gratuities
The final checkout must show the product price and applicable taxes, delivery charges, service charges and optional gratuities before confirmation. Tax collection responsibilities require accountant and legal confirmation.
Cancellations, refunds and delivery exceptions
Final policies must define cutoffs, perishable-goods treatment, non-delivery, failed recipient contact, redelivery, seller cancellation, damaged products, refund timing and dispute escalation.
Flor
Flor can provide guidance and collect requests, but verified marketplace records control price, inventory, delivery, payment, seller identity and policy. Flor cannot create a binding exception without an authorized system or human decision.
Governing terms and contact
Governing law, dispute terms, business address and support contacts are launch blockers and are intentionally not invented in this foundation outline.
