Flower businesses should also review seller terms and fees before applying. A seller-specific agreement is required before activation.

Marketplace role

FlowersDeliveryCanada.ca is operated by Flor Tel Inc. and connects customers with independent flower sellers. Where an order is available, the product or checkout identifies the seller responsible for making and fulfilling that order. A guide, example arrangement or seller profile is not by itself a guarantee of availability.

Orders and availability

Orders and bouquet requests are subject to current inventory, seller acceptance where applicable, delivery or pickup eligibility, payment status and other checks shown during the transaction. No blanket Canada-wide or same-day delivery promise is made.

One seller per checkout

A checkout may contain items from one seller location. If you want to buy from different sellers, separate checkouts may be required.

Substitutions

The substitution policy shown with the product or seller applies to the order. Review it before purchase, especially when an exact flower, colour, variety, size or design feature matters.

Pricing, taxes, fees and gratuities

Where checkout is available, the transaction should show the product price and applicable taxes, delivery charges, service charges and optional gratuities before confirmation. Prices on inspiration or guide pages may be examples rather than current offers unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations, refunds and delivery exceptions

The terms shown with the applicable seller offer and order control the relevant cancellation cutoff, perishable-goods treatment, failed handoff, seller cancellation, damaged product and refund process. See the delivery, cancellation and refund, and substitution pages for more information.

Flor

Flor can provide guidance and help collect or organize a request. The seller’s current listing, order record and applicable transaction terms control price, availability, fulfilment, payment and policy details.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or deceptive content, scrape private areas, or use the site to harm another person. Seller applications must use true, current business and fulfilment information.

Governing terms and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Questions can be sent to kazi@flor.tel.
