Flower Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and time-sensitive, but variation must never be a surprise. Each active product must state whether it is exact, style-led or subject to customer approval before purchase.
A seller may substitute only within the policy visible on the product and accepted by the customer. A material change outside that policy requires customer approval or another documented remedy.
What may naturally vary
Flower variety, shade, openness, foliage and container details can vary with season and harvest. A style-led listing must explain the protected design features, such as overall size, palette, value and focal style.
What cannot change silently
The seller cannot silently reduce the paid value, change the requested size, ignore a disclosed allergy or pet-safety requirement, or replace a defining product feature outside the accepted policy.
Customer choices
A product can prohibit substitutions, allow equal-or-greater-value seasonal substitutions, use a clearly described designer’s-choice format, or require the seller to contact the customer. The applicable choice must be visible before confirmation.
Current pilot
Sample Langley arrangements are previews, not live inventory. Their flower mix and fulfilment must be confirmed before any future order is accepted.
