Flower Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and time-sensitive, so some arrangements may vary. The product or seller should explain whether the design is exact, style-led or requires approval for important substitutions.
Only changes allowed by the substitution terms you accept should be made without further approval. If an exact flower, colour or feature is important, make that clear before the order is accepted.
What may naturally vary
Flower variety, shade, openness, foliage and container details can vary with season and harvest. A style-led listing should explain the design features it intends to preserve, such as overall size, palette, value and focal style.
What should not change without clear agreement
A seller should not silently reduce the paid value, change the requested size, ignore a disclosed allergy or pet-safety requirement, or replace a defining product feature outside the accepted substitution terms.
Common substitution choices
A bouquet may be sold with no substitutions, equal-or-greater-value seasonal substitutions, a clearly described designer’s-choice format, or a requirement to contact the customer before an important change. Review the choice shown with the product before ordering.
