Make sure the recipient address, requested date and available fulfilment method work for the seller before completing the order.

What if the exact flowers are unavailable?

Flower supply changes with season, weather and the seller’s current inventory. Some bouquets are sold as an exact design and others are style-led. Review the seller’s substitution policy before ordering so you know what may change and what should stay consistent.

What seller checks cover

A seller becomes available for marketplace orders only after its business identity, operating location, fulfilment details and payout readiness have been reviewed. Product publication also requires available inventory. A shop profile or photograph does not, by itself, mean a seller is approved or a bouquet is in stock.

Nero’s is currently completing marketplace onboarding. Its catalogue links to its own order form, where the shop confirms and handles your request. Other city guides are planning resources until a seller is available.

Requests, payments and refunds

Following a Nero’s order link takes you to langleyflowershop.ca with the selected bouquet. Enter your requested date and contact details there. A request is not an accepted order or a charge. Nero’s confirms the total and supplies its payment instructions; its own order and refund terms apply.

When marketplace checkout is available

When online checkout is available for a flower offer, the order page shows the price and applicable terms before payment. If a bouquet is a request rather than an immediate purchase, follow the approval and payment steps shown for that request.
