Step 1

The bouquet price covers a defined product

A useful listing explains whether the product is a wrapped bouquet, vase arrangement, fixed stem bunch or designer’s choice. It should also describe size in a way the customer can understand rather than relying on labels such as “large” alone.

Flower costs vary with season, variety, origin and design labour. A seasonal grower’s bunch and a formal rose arrangement should not be compared only by stem count.

Step 2

Delivery is a separate fulfilment service

The delivery charge can reflect distance, service area, timing and provider availability. Pickup may reduce that charge but transfers the responsibility for safe transport to the customer.

Timed, remote or difficult-access deliveries may require a different service level. The fee and window should be shown before payment, not added after the customer commits.

Step 3

Compare totals and policies, not teaser prices

Review applicable taxes, add-ons, substitution terms, cancellation rules and refund handling alongside the product price. Optional cards or vessels should remain clearly optional.

A marketplace should identify the seller responsible for the bouquet and explain its own fee role. Customers need a single clear total and should not have to infer who handles a problem.
